Bay

Facade or sway bracing can be placed continuously across the full face of the scaffold, or placed in a zig-zag (dog leg) fashion across a number of selected bays. Joints in facade braces should be made with sleeve couplers, if joint pins (spigots) are used then each joint must be made strengthened with a lapped tube.
